Article 1 - Purpose

The "Secrets Gourmands Noémie" provides cooking classes to customers who have registered as described in section 2 below and the conditions as specified in these Terms and Conditions.

Client by course registration, unconditionally accept these terms and conditions.

Article 2 - Registration

Orders are made by phone, by email, or on the website of "Les Secrets Gourmands de Noémie."

All datas given by the client during registration must be accurate. Les Secrets Gourmands de Noémie" can cancel the registration in case of any inaccuracies of information.

Article 3 - Prices and terms of payment

Prices for classes or gift coupon are those which appear on the website www.lessecretsgourmandsdenoemie.com the day of the order. Prices are in Euros and include all the VAT applied the day of the order.

Payment is due at the order. It can be done by credit card on the website www.lessecretsgourmandsdenoemie.com. The user can cancel in the limit of 4 days before the beginning of the class and be reimburse or he can report his course for another one in the limit of one year from the day of cancel.

The description of the course is defined in formulas rubric on the site "Les Secrets Gourmands de Noémie."

Article 4 - Property

Les Secrets Gourmands de Noémie remains owner of recipes made during the course.

Les Secrets Gourmands de Noémie authorizes the representation, reproduction and publication of recipes for private use only and not commercial. This limited authorization is nevertheless subject to the compulsory mention " Les Secrets Gourmands de Noémie." recipe's property.

Article 5 - Liability

The courses offered by the "Les secrets Gourmands de Noémie" involve full participation of the client. The latter agrees to be vigilant and to comply with the instructions of health and safety, which are given during the course.

Les Secrets Gourmands de Noémie may in no way be held responsible for the results obtained from the client during a reproduction recipe or consumption outside the confines of the course.

The Customer acknowledges that the " Les Secrets Gourmands de Noémie » can not be held responsible for damage caused to the client's property or personal effects during the course and the customer acknowledges as such have all the necessary insurance.

The client accepts the changes and adjustments over a course originally proposed, which would be necessary and would be due to issues of market supply.

Les Secrets Gourmands de Noémie cannot be held responsible for this matter, in such a case, an alternative equivalent course will be proposed.

Les Secrets Gourmands de Noémie reserves the right to cancel a scheduled course (by informing the customer in a timely manner), when the minimum of three participants is not reached. This course will be postponed and " Les Secrets Gourmands de Noémie " will then propose a new date in accordance with the customer.

Les Secrets Gourmands de Noémie may in no way be liable for any damages that may result from the consumption of food prepared and consumed outside the workshop.

Article 6 - Law - Juridiction

These conditions of sale are subject to French law.

In case of litigation, the court of Paris will be qualified to judge.
