In my kitchen, I will teach you the fundamentals that have changed and enhanced the way I cook. My hands-on cooking classes are open to all, beginners or more experienced. Each participant will walk away having learned specific techniques that can easily be reproduced, and will use these new skills to experiment with many other recipes at home.
My welcoming and refined kitchen is designed so that everyone works closely together with plenty of elbow-room to spare, all while using high quality materials, professional appliances, and top-of-the-line equipment. So that everyone can participate and enjoy this unforgettable experience, the number of participants each class is limited to eight individuals.
